don't sleep at homewillow

haha so allen went on a bang on his last night in vegas. thursday that guy was pounding and pounding drinks and paid the price when he was knocked out in our house. both raechel and allen got some new sharpie tattoos haha. i guess youre happy now raechel!? you were mentioned in my blog.

so it was another night of very little or no sleep at all that night. i was up till about 430-5ish but was awake by 6am cause i had class. i dont know what it is but lately i have been able to function with this little sleep.

sorry for all the type-o's in this blog. allen pointed it out to me when he was reading, i just get too lazy to edit and review the final product.

it's an end of an era!!

bob barker retired after 35 years on the price is right!! my childhood dream of being on that show with bob barker will never happen again. i started watching the show probably since i was 7 or 8. my brother and i would be stuck at home on summer days with nothing to do as our mom would sleep during the day for work. so we would watch t.v. for a majority of the day and price is right is one fo the shows we kept up with. bob barker is a t.v. icon and will be greatly missed from t.v. by all generations of people. i'm glad i got to watch his final show yesterday while i was at the airport.

there are a few things i must do whenever i come home to san diego...

1. go to the cemetary and visit my grandparents
2. eat a cali burritto from santanas (only if i fly in and out of sd airport)
3. go to the beach ( if it is summer time)
4. landlord jims
5. eat at a restaurant with the fam bam.

i happen to do all this yesterday which was awesome.

i went to the beach yesterday by myself to del mar 20th street. brought back a lot of good memories from those summer days when we would ride the waves, play wiffle ball or football, and just have fun. it could have not have been a better day there. beautiful blue sky shining on the blue ocean water with the water at a refeshing temperature. i didnt go all out bodyboarding with the fins i actually just rode the white water as if i was a kid again and it was awesome.

the pacific ocean offically welcomed me back by holdng me under and scratching my back up with hard shells and rocks..ouch but it was all fun. just like most things in life you really dont know what you got till it's gone. and this applies to the beach i mean wow it was such a perfect beautiful day there. there's only a handful of millions of people out of billions that have access to the beach minutes away. coming from desert to here just doesnt compare and i think everyone should just go to the beach at least once a year. so i leave you on that note as this post has been a long one.

go to the beach this summer...bye

the saxon folks were looking at pictures from 2nd year of college and i was super dark and a lot skinnier. i think all those times going to the beach made the difference back then. now i'm fat, cream-colored and getting fatter. shit!
