"It's the way we live"

hah...that quote from tony was pretty random when we were waiting for our $3 steak and eggs last night. $3 steak and eggs are my favorite and i probably couldn't choose with carne asada fries vs. steak.

MIX, was the venue of our open bar event last night held at the "The Hotel" which is the tower part of the mandalay bay. it's at the very top level of the hotel so there is an awesome view of the city up there, even when you're going up the elevators you got to that awesome view. the sponsored drink of the night was grey goose vodka, and i'm not going to pass up some good quality vodka. pounded three drinks before i had to get to work, from there just started talking to people. if i haven't mentioned it before all i have to do is get as many email addresses as possible cause we're trying to build a huge contact list.

having a good buzz helped me get loose and have that care-free type attitude when approaching people. it's a fun job meeting people and drinking on the job. the fun people last night were the middle-aged men talking to me about my job and them trying to get at the younger women.

tony came by and actually got to see me in action. he shadowed me everywhere i went and we stopped and had a few drinks together.

session 1, of my summer school will be over tonight. i have been in a media ethics class and one semester has been squeezed into 3.5 weeks of summer. now this is a pilot class as our professor is testing this new type of approach with this class. he wrote a play and we read, analyze and act it!!! yes act!! tonight is the big night and i actually have one of the biggest roles in the play...wtf!? oh well should be easy enough, tony and allen should be coming by to watch it, i wish i had a video camera to record my acting debut.

DAMN! if it wasn't for this play tonight i would be able to go to SD this weekend! oh well hopefully a free killers concert will make up for it. good-bye may hello june and hello weekend!!
