do work!
so the thing that comes with growing older in life, well for me is finding the time to exercise. i love going to the gym and working out but now i am finding less and less time to go. well there is time to go but i've got to sacrifice a nap/relaxing in other words just plain being lazy. it feels good to just relax after having a long day but i guess your body suffers in the long run health wise. there is time for all of to always exercise but we just need to sacrifice something that is less beneficial than working out.
i've got my jump rope which i do at least 10 min. a day but that gets monotonous and i like a variety of things like mixing up doing weights, cardio, and just shooting some hoops. when i usually do go to the gym it would be like 4-5 times a week for a month straight which makes me feel good, but something comes up and takes my time away from the gym which puts me in hiatus for another month. basically there is no consistency.
i would say form age 16-21 i would feel invincible with my diet because i was physically active for the most part. i ate whatever i wanted whenever i wanted and would see no change, but now i try not to eat late at night for the most part and sometimes cut down on eating out. i would say some where in peoples twenties is where they hit the cross roads of their weight, there's three ways to go: up, down, or stay the same. as of late it's been slightly up for me, which drinking plays a part of.
i know what i've go to do, i just have to do it and keep it consistent.
mommy
man, my mom was on fox 6 news tuesday night during the 10PM and i have been trying to find the video on their site but no such look. i think dvr should be standard now with all cable boxes because it benefits everyone.
the garage was fixed today and thank goodness it did not need to be replaced! i was bracing for the worst case scenario and ready to empty the piggy bank for the replacement. the repair man fixed it in less than 15 min. now youre probably thinking i couldve done that myself but he did install some shit to help repair it that i wouldnt have not known to do. thanked the guy for his quick work handed him a cold gatorade and he was off.
tusch! (that's bye in german)
